Dear all,

Thank you very much for volunteering to help progress the wild flower seeding project. We will be holding a 30 minute zoom launch event to provide some background, the way forward and also to provide a presentation by someone who has successfully wild flower seeded a large area of his garden, so that we can draw on his experience,  see what can be achieved and how spectacular wild flowers can look and equally of course their importance in attracting wildlife.

Some of the  wild flower project posters located around  the village  have been replaced with new ones which make reference to the zoom call taking place on Monday 8th, with a likely time of 7.30PM, however an alternative time would be Saturday 6th at 10.30 AM and we will decide which of the time and dates to proceed with, based upon feedback as to which date suits the majority of volunteers. If you cannot make either date or if the date that best suits you is not the chosen date, then don’t worry, as we have a documented process detailing how the work will be organised, how the verges should be prepared for seeding , the seeding process and subsequent aftercare, which will be issued to all volunteers in due course.

Please let me know which of the proposed dates best suits you and I will respond advising of the finally agreed date and time and include a zoom invite.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,

Terry
