All Saints’ Church

Welcome to our Parish Church

All Saints Horseheath

Inside, the light floods through the huge Perpendicular windows into the wide, open nave.  Go through the old Rood Screen into the Chancel and on either side of the Altar are the splendid tombs of the Alington family in stone and polished alabaster.  Set in the sanctuary floor are some fine brasses; in particular, William de Audley, a knight in armour with a dog at his feet.

All splendid monuments to the past – but All Saints’ Church is not a museum: prayer and worship have been offered from Norman times to the present day.
